Nowadays, learning online with video-tutorials has become a very normalized experience. We all do it and it is definitely a great advantage to have access to so much information.

When trying to study an instrument, however, we encounter a vast set of skills and knowledge that are new to us and this can be confusing and intimidating. Simply put: we don't know what we don't know. Where to start? What knowledge am I missing? How to improve faster? How to avoid bad habits? You probably want to learn guitar to cultivate your passion for music, not to struggle and become frustrated. Tutorials cannot answer your questions, correct your mistakes, or show you easier ways to accomplish your goals.

All these issues can be solved with the guidance of an experienced teacher. Someone who has been where you are, and who can give you the feedback and support you need to make the learning process as easy and fun as possible. Here you can see examples of the contents that I teach during my lessons. The goal is to help you build a solid foundation in Guitar playing; therefore, we will pay attention to several different areas of music learning and performance.

Each level takes roughly ten 50-minute lessons to complete, depending on your previous knowledge and time spent practicing. It is expected that the student will practice at least 30 minutes per day.

All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK). In accordance with Danish tax legislation (Momsloven):
* Youth Rate (Under 30 years old): Music instruction for individuals under 30 years of age at the time of invoice issuance is exempt from VAT (0% VAT).
* Adult Rate (30 years old or over): Music instruction for individuals aged 30 or over is subject to standard 25% Danish VAT.For gift card purchases, the recipient's age category (under 30 vs. 30+) is declared at the time of purchase to determine whether the 0% VAT rate or 25% VAT rate applies.## 3. Gift Cards & Single-Purpose Vouchers
* Gift cards represent pre-paid lesson packages for the designated recipient and age tier selected at purchase.
* Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
* Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.## 4. Payment Terms
* Payments are processed securely via Stripe, MobilePay or bank transfer upon receiving an invoice.
* For invoiced payments, payment is due according to the payment deadline specified on the invoice issued by Ceres Music.## 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
* Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full or deducted from your current lesson package balance.
* CineSonic members cannot cancel or request the rescheduling of a group rehearsal.## 6. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)### A. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) starting from the date of purchase for any gift card, lesson package or membership bought through any payment method.* Calculation Period: The 14-day period begins on the day the purchase is completed online or the contract/invoice is received (whichever comes first).* Payment Method Neutral: This right applies regardless of whether payment was completed instantly via credit card (Stripe) or settled subsequently via bank transfer.* Full Refund: To request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to the expiration of the 14 days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Stripe/card) within 14 days of receiving your notice.* Partial Service Delivery: If you request to schedule and attend lessons within this 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly request that performance of the service begins immediately. If you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14 days, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the value of the lessons already delivered.### B. Unused Lesson Packages & Mid-Package Cancellations
* After 14 Days: Once the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has passed, pre-paid lesson packages (e.g., 4-lesson plans) or CineSonic memberships are non-refundable. Unused lessons or CineSonic rehearsals cannot be refunded for cash.
* Exceptions: If Ceres Guitar or CineSonic are permanently unable to deliver the remaining scheduled lessons due to failure to secure a rehearsal space, long-term illness or business closure, a prorated refund will be issued for all remaining undelivered lessons.### C. Missed or Cancelled Lessons
* Individual lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. They are not refunded in cash.
* Lessons forfeited due to late cancellation (under 24 hours) or no-shows are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
* Missed CineSonic rehearsals are not eligible for any type of refund, rescheduling or partial credit.## 7. CineSonic Memberships & Rehearsal Programs### A. Program Structure & Access
CineSonic memberships cover a fixed seasonal period (e.g., 20 weeks) and provide access to scheduled group rehearsals, digital materials, Discord community access, and hangouts.### B. Attendance & Non-Refundability of Missed Sessions
* Access-Based Service: Membership fees secure your spot in the ensemble and grant access to the program's resources. Fees are charged for the provision of the service, not attendance.
* Missed Rehearsals: No refunds, credits, or makeup sessions are provided if a member misses a rehearsal, regardless of notice provided.
* Early Departure: If a member decides to stop participating prior to the end of the season (and after the initial 14-day period), no refunds will be issued for remaining rehearsals, and access to all digital platforms (including Discord and materials) will be revoked upon cancellation.### C. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Digital Access
* Members retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase or invoice issuance under Danish consumer law.
* If a member attends rehearsals or utilizes digital platforms (Discord/music materials) within the 14-day period and withdraws before the 14-day timeframe expires, a partial refund will be issued. Ceres Music reserves the right to retain a prorated portion of the membership fee corresponding to the value of the services delivered up to the point of cancellation.## 8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of Denmark.

about the teacher

Rodrigo Ceres is a Guitarist, Composer and Producer from Argentina. He studied Jazz and Latin American music at EMC, Berklee’s partner school in Buenos Aires. He began teaching Guitar in 2015 both as a private teacher and at music schools. He released his first EP in 2018 called Huellas, in which he composed 6 pieces for Acoustic Guitar in non-standard tunings. He moved to Copenhagen in 2019 where he started teaching at an aftenskole called Korskolen.In Denmark, he performed as a Solo Guitarist and as part of different ensembles in genres such as Tango, Brazilian Music, Jazz, Classical and Musical Theater. In 2021 he wrote and arranged the music for a theater play called “Break Lines” that premiered in Copenhagen. He released his second album, Migration, in 2023; he composed, arranged and produced 8 works for Guitar and String Quartet. He recorded this album with a world-class Quartet from Buenos Aires known as La Rueda De La Luna.During the last couple of years he has been focusing on writing for Orchestral ensembles and entered a few competitions to develop his craft. Today, he continues teaching guitar in Copenhagen and performs frequently with his Tango duo “Zabala” in different towns around Denmark. He released his latest work, "Amalgama", a Latin American-influenced piece composed for String Quartet.
